Integrations FAQ
Which platforms does Plancana auto-sync with?
MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader, Bybit (futures) and TradeLocker. Any broker that runs on MT4 or MT5 works, which covers most forex and CFD brokers. Every other broker or platform works with manual entry in under 30 seconds per trade.
Is auto-sync free?
No. Broker auto-sync is part of the Pro plan, from $8.99/week ($14.99/month or $29.99/quarter). The free plan is free forever and covers manual journaling and weekly analytics.
Is connecting my account safe?
Plancana only reads your trade history. Bybit uses a read-only API key and cTrader a read-only authorization, so Plancana cannot place trades or withdraw funds.
Can I import a CSV file instead?
No. Plancana does not import CSV files. Trades arrive through broker auto-sync on Pro or are logged manually in the app.
Does Plancana connect to TradingView, NinjaTrader or Tradovate?
Not directly yet. If you chart on TradingView, sync the broker account behind it instead. NinjaTrader and Tradovate are on the roadmap; until then you can log those trades manually.
